Baggies stopper Foster believes the player should focus on his football and switch off his Twitter and Instagram profiles
West Brom’s keeper wants the starlet to delete his social media accounts and focus on his football if he wants to seal a mega-money move.
The England international believes that staying in the Black Country will be the best thing for the striker who was denied a switch on transfer deadline day when Newcastle United’s £24m offer was rejected.
Berahino sparked a rumpus last year when he refused to play again for West Brom while chairman Jeremy Peace was in charge.
The player himself referred to his behaviour as that of ‘a silly little boy’ on social media as he got to grips with the Baggies’ rejection of Mike Ashley’s bid.
And Foster said that if he can keep his head down and remove himself from Twitter and Instagram, his colleague will benefit.
He said: “It’s good for us – and good for Saido too that he’s still here.
“He offers a threat. He’ll score goals wherever he goes. He’s a natural goalscorer.

“And now the heat is off it should improve his game. He just needs to concentrate on his football. He knows he’s here until the end of the season.
“But there are silly little things he doesn’t need to do.
“These days with the likes of Twitter and Instagram, people are getting in touch with him from all different corners of the world.
“Honestly, the best thing for him would be for him to delete all that rubbish and concentrate on playing football.”
