Man United and Arsenal send officials as summer transfer planning begins

Manchester United and Arsenal sent scouts to the Champions League tie between Benfica and Bayern Munich on Thursday night. After winning 1-0 in Germany, Pep Guardiola's side went through to the semifinals with a 2-2 draw.

According to A Bola, the United officials were monitoring Benfica midfielder Renato Sanches, who's also been linked to Arsenal. The 18-year-old put in a good performance, standing out as the best attacking player of the home team. Other Benfica aces who performed well were the defender Jardel and young goalkeeper Ederson.
