Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane
may have to make a trip to a tailors in the Spanish capital on
Wednesday, after the Frenchman tore his suit trousers during his side’s
3-0 victory against Wolfsburg on Tuesday night.
A stunning hat-trick from Cristiano Ronaldo saw Los Blancos overturn a two-goal deficit in the tie, winning 3-2 on aggregate to reach the UEFA Champions League semi-finals. When chasing a late goal, Karim Benzema missed a good chance for the hosts, prompting Zidane to contort his body in frustration.
But his trousers clearly weren’t manufactured to withstand such duress:
Recommended SURE BET.

"You should not go crazy, as anything can happen in football," said Zidane afterwards, per ESPN. "I never lost my head as a player, and will never do so as a coach."
Evidently, the Madrid manager has a short memory:
While Zidane suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction, his blushes were spared on the field, as Ronaldo hammered home three brilliant goals to put Real into the semi-finals. In the first leg in Germany, the La Liga giants had fallen to a 2-0 loss.
Typically a smart and composed presence on the sidelines, the Real boss clearly got caught up in the emotion of what was a memorable night at the Santiago Bernabeu. Perhaps a new line of clothing will be in order ahead of the semi-finals.
