Brown believes they owe the manager, and Celtic supporters, for the faith they have shown in the team by turning their poor run of form around.
Celtic's defeats in the the league and cup this week was the first time they have lost two consecutive domestic matches under the Norwegian.
"We've got to take a lot of the responsibility, it's us who are out on the park," Brown said. "It's 11 v 11 and Aberdeen got the better of us and that's for the second time this season.
"He's put a lot of faith in everyone and now we owe it to to the fans, him and everyone at Celtic Park."
"He's actually coping quite well," Brown added when asked how Deila has been dealing with the pressure. "He's always positive and I think that's a good thing. He doesn't come down and put his head in the sand.
"He's out looking at new ideas, looking at what we can do better, how we can improve as a team and as players, different formations as well. I'm not going to say he's thriving off it but he's bouncing through it."
