The 38-year-old - who won 12 world titles and finished his career undefeated - is visiting eight UK cities as part of a 'victory tour'
The now-retired boxer, who won 12 world titles and finished his career with a professional record of 49 wins and no defeats, was spotted enjoying a meal with his team at 4.30am in the capital.
While you might expect the world's best paid athlete to be dining at one of London's more notable restaurants, Mayweather and his team seemed happy to eat at a regular cafe.
Mayweather is in the UK visiting eight cities as part of a 'victory tour'.
The 38-year-old - who has convictions for domestic violence - was due to appear at the Colston Hall in Bristol on February 2 to talk about his career.
But an independent women's group called Fight Abuse Bristol (FAB) campaigned against the appearance and planned a protest for the evening.
His next stop is on Thursday at the Park Lane Hilton in London - tickets for the gig cost £500.
Fans in Birmingham can see him on Saturday for the more 'reasonable' price of £99.
Fans can also meet and have their photograph taken with Mayweather, but it won't come cheap.
A photograph will cost an extra £450 in Glasgow, £600 in London and £1,000 in Manchester.
The most expensive package is the 'platinum' option at the Manchester show, which will set fans back an eye-watering £2,000.
It includes an extended meet and greet with Mayweather in one of the hospitality suites at Old Trafford, the home of Premier League giants Manchester United.
Renowned TV personality Jonathan Ross will be on hand to host the London show, which will last for three hours and include a charity auction.
