What Will Edmore Chirambadare And Mitchell Katsvairo Bring To Kaizer Chiefs?

Nico Mbonani, the agent of Kaizer Chiefs’ new Zimbabwean signings, has revealed what he thinks Edmore Chirambadare and Mitchell Katsvairo will bring to the club.

The Siya crew reported recently that the Amakhosi has finalised the signing of the Chicken Inn pair, news that was then confirmed by the club this week along with six other new recruits.

In this week’s issue of Soccer Laduma, the Siya crew tracked down the man that brought them to South Africa, who explained a bit more about the two attackers.

Mbonani said, “These two players are a fantastic catch and exactly what Kaizer Chiefs need to revive their cup-winning streak and compete for silverware. ‘Spanna’ Chirambadare is an offensive and smart dribbler, while Mitchell is a quick, lethal finisher.

“He is a real goalscorer and they will illuminate the PSL the way Khama Billiat and Willard Katsande did this past season. The two players are good fellas who are easy to get along with. They are also committed to the job at hand, which is their responsibility.

“There is always a good chemistry between them and their teammates on and off the field, so I believe they will settle in well at Chiefs. Even during their trial period at the club, they got along with everyone, which is a very good thing.”

Both players landed three-year deals with the Amakhosi, and will fill two of their foreign spots for the 2016/17 season.
