Chidera Eze out for 6 weeks after surgery

FC Porto youngster Chidera Ezeh has undergone a shoulder surgery which should sideline him for at least six weeks.

“I have had surgery on my shoulder in Portugal and the doctors say I will be out for six weeks,” Ezeh told AfricanFootball.com at the FIFA Goal Project in Abuja on Wednesday with his arm in a sling.

 

“I was advised to have the surgery so that the shoulder complaint will not continue to persist."

Enterprising Ezeh, who has been capped at U15, U17 and U20 levels by Nigeria, has yet to break into the Porto first-team squad since he moved to Portugal three years ago
