Fans Down South Can’t Believe Fulham’s Moussa Dembele is Moving to Celtic

Celtic are on the verge of signing Fulham striker Moussa Dembele and just about nobody south of the border can believe it’s happening.

The 19-year-old forward is one of the brightest prospects in British football at the moment, bursting onto the scene at Craven Cottage last season, and has been linked with the likes of Tottenham, Liverpool and Arsenal.

But, as we told you earlier today, it looks as though Celtic are the club about to snare his coveted signature, with French youth international said to be in Glasgow today for a medical.

Dembele scored 17 goals for Fulham throughout 2015/16, and is thought to cost a minimal amount in compensation due to cross-border UK regulations.

The Hoops have already shipped out Anthony Stokes, Colin Kazim-Richards and Carlton Cole during the close season, and new manager Brendan Rodgers has laid down a marker by capturing his first big signing…much to the outrage of these onlookers:
